I loved it! The display of parenthood, the yearning for a father figure, the lessons learned in this movie are down to earth and realistic. I’d say its gonna win an Oscar or some awards for sure.
I urge you to go watch this movie if you haven’t. Its definately worth spending $$ over. I guarantee a tear to come out of this movie.
As for the actors, the retarded character (forgot his name) captured the essence of being mentally ill very well. Michelle Pfiefer, ya know she is still cute
