Nvm, i re-read it: you said she’s underweight. Well, how is her mother? Is she obsessed with her weight or her daughter’s? Is the family desi? People told my mother ot put me on a diet when I was five years old 
I think you oughta slap the mother (if she’s at fault) silly for putting such stupid ideas into the girls’ head.. this kind of crap can wreck a kid, and ruin their self esteem for a long long time..
