watched it yesterday...
awesome special effects...good acting...great plot...but crappppy ending...i would've liked it a lot more had they stuck to the books original ending...ah well...
7/10...would've been a 9/10 had it been the original ending :-p

Saw it a couple days ago. Was disappointed.
Special effects were nuthing that were not seen before in other sci-fi thrillers. The plot was too predictable. The movie was all about the main character of Will Smith. There were hardly any other characters in the movie except towards the end. And although it did have flashbacks to the life before the doomsday scenario, they were not enough. After the movie as people left I heard them mentioning that they should have had more flashbacks.
Well on the positive side, great acting by Will Smith (well he was the only character there). Maybe he will get a nomination for an oscar. Oh well!

^Agreed. Although i do believe Mr Smith is capable of much more better acting then this, but some of the scenes were still very nice.

for some reason i didnt want to see transformer
xmen was just OK, im not a big fan of the so called "superhero" movies, like spiderrman, superman, batman, falana man etc etc

I loved X-Men. Transformers was ok for me. I like all kinds of movies, if i feel they r good in their area.

Yes and a very old book, written back in 1954
hollywood already made two other movies on that book
In 1964 called The Last Man on Earth and then in 1971 called Omega Man

it was pretty good, i agree, the ending was DUMB.
But the suspense was good.

its alrite untill the last quarter of the movie...
after a while you get sick of watching only two characters in the movie... bill smith and a dog....
climex is a big letdown..
