I am deeply touched by the replies and prayers from all of you. Thank you all.

She has been in the AKUH Karachi hospital for last few days. Since the cancer has recently been diagnosed, she just finished the first 5-day dose of chemo medicine. She got really sick from the severe side effects and reactions of that first dose and had to be hospitalized. She is fine now and should be home soon but she is very scared of taking the second dose which will start 10 days from now.

I am sure Allah swt will help us all through this difficult time.

trooper, can you give me some more information about homeopathic medicine to control the side effects of chemo?

Good thing about homeopathy is that it does not have any side effects. It can definitely ease the burning pain of chemo, hair loss, and skin burn, I have seen it work. I am sure you are already praying for her, time of tahajud (before fajer) is time for closeness with Allah, and there are more chances of acceptance of a prayer at that time. Difficulties and hardships are often excuses by which Allah draws one near to Him; please don’t forget the Him once the hardship is removed.

your mother is in my prayers. I have ppl in my family who fought cancer and I know this is a stressful time for your family.

If you dont mind sending me more info about her condition on my email [email protected], I will talk to my sister, who is a cancer survivor, and a doctor, and supplemented her treatments with homeopathy as well. she may be able to give you more info.

I am in desperate need of prayers again.

She had responded to chemo medicine well and the symptoms and condition had completely disappeared. She lived pretty healthy over the years since I had posted my original message, until about a year ago when her condition started to get worse again. The disease came back only to not respond to anything. The bone marrow transplant is not an option, considering her age. I just visited her couple of weeks ago.

Now her heart and kidney functions are less than 10% and other test results are not very encouraging either. They are putting her on dialysis in a couple of hours. I greatly appreciate all the prayers you guys have done and we surely need more now.

Sorry to hear this asif.May ALLAh give her afiyat and recovery.

Reciting darood shareef for 100,000 times has done wonders in past for me , why not give it a try. Plus homeopathy is a good option.

Oh btw where do you reside? I could give you names of some natural stuff that helped me get thru chemo. Chemo does not only destroy cancer cells, it destroys absolutly everything in your body so to try and keep the body strong enough to handle the side effects of chemo u need natural products to help.
