Hiccy just try some ponds cold cream kind of thing and leave it alone.
Did you try putting some Aloe Vera on it? It will cool the skin down.
Or, put a cold wet towel on your face ... maybe some ice.
Yes u get lots of aloe vera gels which supposedly reduce rashes, sunburns etc.

i used to get alot of heat rashes aswell mostly on my face,,,the doc i went to recommended some hydrocortosine cream which was really gud as it worked!
