Im head of the islamic society at uni :slight_smile:

For those people who go to unis/colleges and have Islamic society’s there. tell me what u think is lacking…what can be improved…etc. also tell me of things in ur islamic society that u really like :slight_smile:

possibly after seeing how much I helped out in the last 2 years at uni. they look at everything. frankly telling you…I didnt ask why I got chosen :rolleyes:

many things :slight_smile:

firstly I will have to allocate roles to everyone on the committee. then we have Freshers week…where we organise activites and talks for the newcomers…also get new people to join. then we have talks every other week…have to help organise them and publicise them. have bigger events…which need more organisation.
for people who open fasts at uni, have to organise that for all 30 days of fasting. then one day we have a Grand Iftar…which needs much more planning.

then we have things like Islam Awareness Week…quizzes with other unis in UK…and many more things like that:)

and off course, meetings and more meetings :halo:

and I will have the last word :rotato:

I'm the head of the MSA, and its not an easy task at all!!! The lack of involvement is the toughest part to deal with :p god these MOSLIMS! :p
