I am going London for further education to do Msc, i have a question regarding studies in London, can i carry 100 to 150 IT ebooks with me which i have printed in my home here in Pakistan or is it a crime in London to have printed eBooks at home for personal reading.

Your difficulty would be at customs. If the books are copyrighted (and I assume that they are, I assume that your ebooks are scanned copies of books) , then there is a chance that customs might find them if they pick you for search. They would deem the books to be pirated and at best confiscate them, even if they were for personal use. At worst, you might face charges.
The safest thing of all might be to upload the electronic copies of the books to an online storage site, then just download them in London and print them there as needed.
Although pirating books in this way is illegal in the UK, you are very very very unlikely to be caught just for having them at home, unless you commit a serious crime in the UK and the police search your home. In which case, pirated books would be the least of your worries.

Seriously, even if customs decided to check you there is no way in hell they would open up your ebook reader and try to determine whether the books are pirated or not, it just doesn't happen! Unless you've got bomb making manuals in your usb it's all good.

I do not wanna do same long exercise again in London, it will be difficult for me to get spare time besides studies of Msc to print these ebooks again and find a person to do tape binding of these eBooks in London. I wanna carry my 100 to 150 printed IT eBooks in my Briefcase or in my luggage, any solution please ?

o yaaar, people have told you what may happen, now they cant change the laws or get you through customs. if you have so much muhabbat with the books, just take them. agay jo ho ga dekha jaye ga, right?
btw 150 books are rather heavy, u sure they will fit in your briefcase? and you will be allowed by airline to carry that much?

Something have come in my mind, There are 50 to 100 relatives of mine living in London. They frequently visit Pakistan i may request all of them, whenever they visit Pakistan please bring 5 to 10 books of mine from Pakistan, in this way within 6 months i will have all my books with me over there in London. What do you think about this method ? will this method work ?

They frequently visit Pakistan i may request all of them, whenever they visit Pakistan please bring 5 to 10 books of mine from Pakistan, in this way within 6 months i will have all my books with me over there in London. What do you think about this method ? will this method work ?
if you put these books in your suitcase and cover them up with clothes etc then i think it should be fine. but the problem is that too much books can come under notice and you could be questioned as to why soooo many books plus u might face weight problems. you surely dont want any trouble with the customs. so i think the best would be to take your books in turn. as you said if each relative of yours bring 5/6 books from pakistan to uk. that will be great and soon u will have all of your books....filhaal is trip main tum apne saath 6/7 kitaabain le jaao. (the ones that are very very important)

Carrying that many books is madness. Also as pointed out airlines have weight limits, given that these books are standard sized textbooks you might at best be able to carry 10. If you require reference material, you should have access to all the books you want through your university's library. I still don't get it, you're starting a new MSc course, why should you be dragging all these books along?

hmmm you said printed EBOOKS? what is stopping you to copy them on a USB flash drive and print them once you are in London? or just use the ebooks (I guess they are already in PDF format?).
