I mean KhaRee masoor and baithee masoor

and how do you identify a bunch of green dhaniyaa from mint leaves
from 4 feet away

aur jo baith kai pakain woh baithee masoor ke daal
itna nahen pata unkal app koo

Khari daal means Kachi daal. Bethi daal means Zeyada galli howi daal.

khaRee/KhaRaa masoor is the brown masoor with chilka on it.. there is no BaiThee masoor… it is just masoor the red one that becomes yellow after cooking

dhaniyaa aur podeena is easy to differentiate… you use ur nose and not your eyes for that

dhaniyaa aur podeena is easy to differentiate… you use ur nose and not your eyes for that

But Podeena color is Dark Green as well as Dhaniya color is light green.

I use my eyes to differenciate.
