i have this layer of fat on my belly and it makes me look really odd or at least i guess so:( i dont have a lot of time for exercise since my exams are round the corner. Is there an easy way to get rid of it?![]()
Maybe ask in Health & Fitness but I doubt there is any easy way apart from eat less and exercise more. ![]()

Hun just watch what you eat, and don't not worry about exercising right now, you can do it after your exams. But make sure you eat lots of meals during the day so you never feel hungry but when you eat each meal eat small portions (very small). So you can eat like 6-8 times a day so your metabolism is working through out the whole day, (helping you burn calories). Remember that not eating is not the key to losing weight, because it will come back with in a given amount of time and also if you lose weight too fast the skin does not have enough time to unstretch, therefore, leaving lose skin on your body! So just eat healthy and small portions (don't not eat oils, carbs, and sugers you needs them the most to have a healthy life style) and without you even knowing you'll start feeling great!

do you have a weakness for chips? train your mind to replace the crunch of chips with the crunch of celery or apples. eat too many cupcakes? train your mind to enjoy sweet sorbets (most are naturally sweeten, non fat, and not many calories). Or go for strawberries. no soda, no coffee just water. also i agree many meals throughout the day is much better because once you starve yourself your tummy eats at nutrients your body needs, and you don't need to be dehydrated or have a low blood sugar while being stressed with exams. if you normally take elevators to buildings try using the stairs, it's a quick way to add a little exercise time in.
sweets go straight to your mid section, avoid foods with a lot of sodium or salt that helps you retain water and have a bloated tummy.
