Reason behind is firing my junior by the management. He was recruited to handle accounting matters of specific project. But due to none of practical experience, low mental capability and some what of his behavioral attitude he has been fired today. As I am overall incharge of the department, so I had to say him good by. I cant tell u guys how difficult it is to say to any one that “your services are not more required” or “Management is not satisfied with your work” etc etc. I tried a lot that he may continue to work in any way but failed. Now I am feeling that I have done a great sin even bigger than any other. I know its not my fault in any way. but dont know why I am feeling like that. I just posted it here if any of u guys ever gone through this process how did you handle this?

Brother there is no room for sentiments in professional world. It's alwz been like that n it will continue to be the same if you will not do ur job properly u will get fired, simple as that.

You can still help him by helping him find a job that fits his skills and motivate him, boost his spirit up, i think feeling like that is just because you have also gone through hardship of life and can understand his feelings, or you know he tried his best, but whatever, you can still help.

^ off course management will not think twice to do that. but why I am feeling like that I have snatched rizq from him. even though I know that no one can give or snatch rizq except ALLAH.

In my management career I have been quite lucky to never face a situation like that, because everyone who has been in my team really performed well.
There was one girl though who despite a lot of efforts from HR, myself and my management didn't really perform up to our expectations. So firing her was already being discussed in the management team. But before we got there, she left the company voluntarily herself. I guess she must have had an idea that she wouldn't have lasted long. Had she not left, I would have been quite straight-forward with her about it. And I wouldn't have felt bad about it, because I knew that I tried everything from my end to get her up to speed.

you are right brother I also thought same about straight forward. but when you say so, you cant see in the eyes of such a person. I had to keep my eyes down because to see dyeing of hopes in some one's eyes require very much courage.

I am not blaming management I am just showing the right picture that they will do the same if I at any stage is not performing well. yes he was warned and I personally tried a lot to adjust him properly in the job.

Please guys my aim was not to discuss reasons and outcome of incident but was how to satisfy my self that I m not a sinner in the case.

You are not a sinner, because you tried your level best to keep him on the job. Nobody can expect any more than that of you.

And not to forget God is the best provider, if he is no longer working there with you means God has some other plans for him and its promise of God "Jis ka jitna risk likha hay usko unta mil kar hi rahy ga" So leave this thought of urs to God and do what ever is possible for you to do for him. The time he gets a better job than the one he has lost you will feel much much better about him losing this one ;)
