The problem is only in my laptop, which has started recently. Whenever I visit any page on this laptop, like GS or cricinfo, it shows me the page which I last visited, NOT the updated one. So, I have to use the “Refresh” option again and again, everytime I open any page of any web site. But there is no such problem when I use any other computer.
Your kind help would be appreciated in the form of prayers.

Try the followowing:
Start you IE ----> extra--->internet options --->general tab---->settings---> and select automatic, or every time I start IE.
