you start off the title with something titillating, something that screams for attention:

for e.g., " please help me, i am in grave danger"
Uppercase it for maximum effect, and then delve into the content. Say something like how your hubby said if you dont find a radio station that he likes, then he will lock you up in a shed for 25 years.....
