I left GS for a reason that is part of everyone’s knowledge. But I had promised my friends that I would return when those mods would no longer be in charge. Time to realise the promise has come.
There are legions of poetry forum on the web and the only reason which made GS poetry forum stand out of the crowd was the type of members that GS had and others not. They were people of passion with refined taste and elegant standards. It was the time when Copy-&-Paste culture was non-existing and people knew what they were posting. Below-par pieces were pointed out openly while brilliant pieces were praised in words and not by thumbs-up alone. Members had nicks that matched their personality, showed their maturity and attitude that demostrated their seriousness. They are no more on GS and GS no more what it used to be!
Thanks to the haughty policy of some moderators and to-hell-with-seniors attitude of the Admins that this place has become just another forum on the web. Robed of its uniqueness and stripped of its atmosphere, it looks so deserted today. I still believe that members alone cannot bring any significant change and keep it alive. It must be moderator to lead from the front. I do not claim that my return will bring any improvement for the damage that has been caused is too huge. But I sincerely wish that it regains some of its glory.

Amal I am so glad you are back and I hope you are fine and in best of health, Iman and everything. I also hope things will get better soon and GS Poetry forum will regain it's once so 'pure and fresh' content glory.

I don't know you maybe because you left before I came to this Site. but Last month I saw someone posted that they miss you very much . I like to read your poetry to see how good you are that make other Guppies missed you. I alway like to see someone with the tellent.
