All I know is that I have gained about 10 pounds after marriage and still gaining 
I used to workout when I was back home as the gym was one floor above my office but there’s no gym in this office here, so no exercise. I do walk everyday but that’s not enough. The Apt. complex had a gym but the stupid management decided to shut it down to convert it into a club house 
But that does not seem to be a valid reason to stay away from marrying.
