mashallaaaaaaaaaaah spoko u looked sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo gorgeous, and u r soo beautiful (^^)mashallah mashallah...
hamesha khush rahooo wit lots of joy, fun and happiness..
MashAllah you looked so strikingly stunning that no one would even imagine you went so much drama before that day and even on that day!!! You obviously have a wonderful relationship with your hubby and may Allah always keep it like this and continue to bring happiness into your life!
Your candid honesty about the details surrounding the dress… the wedding day itself …and then the explanation behind every picture was so refreshing. I am so sorry you went through that but everything about your day is good for a bride to be like me to hear since its a reminder that just because things do not go exactly how you planned - it is not the end of the world.
I am beyond horrified with your experience with the designer… I hope you were able to get those joray!!! Thank god he agreed to finally exchange. Your mom is a very smart lady for deciding to forget him and get another dress made from somewhere else. She did a FANTASTIC job and it looked beautiful… I can’t even tell that the fitting was off! Your jewelry is so beautiful and perfect with your outfit as well.
Your comments with the pics made me laugh out loud because usually we just see the pics but not hear the story behind the pics!
InshAllah your walima will be amazing and regardless - both days are going to be memorable for you for the rest of your life… even if for different reasons! Dont forget to post pics and experience/commentary with the walima pics!
awwww hugs, you made a stunning and gorgeous bride!!! mashaAllah!! and you both look like you are made for eachother, Cute couple!!
I loved how you were being so honest and true about each n everything :) really sweet of you, I am also from Karachi and I understand the firing, the MUA and nonsense that goes around here. Ppl are quiet unprofessional at times but trust me, you will have a much relaxing time in Canada :). InshaAllah.
I loved the setup and decor of the wedding as well. It was a beautiful wedding indeed and you are so pretty!!! mashaAllah!!
Congrats once again, and have a beautiful married life ahead! God bless you!
Thank you everyone for all the lovely comments. I don't know where my mom bought the dress from. Even she doesn't know because this was her first visit to Pakistan in over two decades. My uncle took her shopping and she will get the information from him.
My make up was done by Saba. She smelled heavily of smoke and was quite bee-itchy. Some of the things she said to the employee of hers that she got mad at were
'tum meri nokar ho'
'apnay pyjamay main raho'
etc etc.
So I really didn't like her much.

I missed the pictures, but I have to say you pulled through it! you brave girl! mashallah.
Weddings are usually high stress situations- there are family fights an everyone is exhausted from all the preparations, but once its over and a few months have past you look back in retrospect and think- hey there were good parts to it too! I'm sure you'll look back at your wedding pictures and think you looked beautiful and that you were a fighter through it all. May Allah bless you and your hubby with all the happiness in the world.
