Lining the inner rim of your eyes with black liner will make your eyes appear smaller. For everyday natural look I would suggest lining the top lid very thinly with a brown soft eye pencil and then smudging it so the line is even more subtle. Apply black or brown mascara on lashes. If you prefer, you can make rounder eyes appear more elongated by applying eyeliner in a winged out manner. see this pic Google Image Result
