I would suggest you test cliniques foundations. their supermoisture foundation is brilliant and gives a nice dewy finish. Before applying the foundation, always use a good moisturiser and give it a few minutes to settle into your skin properly, you can also use a foundation primer which will give a nice even finish. Try Loreals studio secrets primers, or you can use Mac’s prep and prime.
To combat dryness in your skin, I would suggest drinking lots of water and using a rish moisturiser. Ponds, astral, nivea are all good moisturisers. Also you can use extra virgin olive oil, dab a cottonball in this oil and gently sweep it across your face at night times. It has worked wonders for me
