You know, those commercials for American Express? The one with Tina Fay where someone charged an exuberant amount of money on her card and someone for Amex calls her to check on it? Well, I was shopping randomly online and charged for a few hundred dollars and lo and behold someone called to make sure it was me. I am impressed because I have used some other cards for some hefty purchases but no one ever called to check on 'em. I am sold!
Now, it will be perfect if they can find some Indian call centers that can actually speak clear English, even if its with a thick accent.
