Got a call today from the PEO (Professional Engineer’s Organization). Interview is scheduled for 19 April.
I think I submitted my application for a professional licence june last year

There I have to defend all my professional work and convince them that I am not a jahil. What BS . Its been so long that I have been away from the acedemic side of things that I find it hard to even remember the names of the courses that we took at the university
What if they put a paper and pen in front of me and ask me to prove certain theorums and mathematical faarmoolay . I am gonna do at them and walk out
anyone who has been through this experience ?

Its NOT a matter of life and death for me .. Al Hamd ul Illah professionally I am very well set. But if I screw up this interview, it would be a shame because most of my colleagues here in canada are PEOs
Well being nervous before an interview is a good sign. It means u do care enuf to succeed. I’ve seen ppl react the other way around, usually then end up screwing it being way too over confident and putting the blame on the other party rather themselves. Insha Allah u will do alright! Just do the ryte prep for it, instead of posting here at GS And u will come thru if Allah wills!

do not scroll the chair with your feet
do not try to be over smart infront of them
if u dont have any idea about the work thay asked, tell them u know that work but u r intouch, and will remind it daffinatly with in 1 week
or han kapray achay say pehen kar baboo ban kay jana,, first impression is very important

Sorry - I goofed up BIG TIME
Nothing to do with nervousness - I was okay and relaxed all the time.
Just that the talk session took off on a wrong foot and I had to play in territory which I was not familiar with too much. The stuff that I had carried with me as my strong points (project details etc. , were brushed aside by the panel and they played their own game, dragging me into details and topics that I was not comfortable with and had limited exposure).
YES - I am disappointed big time. I am a human being after all. Its a set-back.
I had an overall bad day. BUT then I slowly got over it… I am gonna go back after some time and get it :k: - This is life , with its ups and downs.
