I always wondered what does the idiom “aag laga ker pani kay liyay dornay wala shaks” meant…that is until I recently observed a person doing exactly that. In such individuals, though superficially charming, serious anti-social traits can be present.

Happens every new years night. People start a fire, then it gets out of hand, and then they run for water to put it out.
