As a child I used to think I saw small angels in the room watching me. I was always aware that I’m not alone, that God is watching that angels are watching me. Sometimes from the corner of my eye I’d think I saw someone peeking at me. As I got older I thought it was just silly kid stuff. I was just imaginative and bored. But recently since we moved into this new apartment almost a year ago, I feel very aware of some presence. It’s especially strong around my closet and my daughter’s closet. Even stranger is that my 4 year old told me that there’s a monster in our house. She said it comes out at night to watch her. She said it’s a boy who is 14. She said he’s in her closet then he goes into my closet. I thought that was kind of strange. I don’t know why I have such a sensitivity to this. I’ve never believed in ghosts or had any sort of superstitious feelings. I’ve only heard of tales of jinn. But I’ve never seriously considered any of these things to be true. There is nothing that scares me here. I feel very calm and relaxed here. But it just seems odd to me that I have such a sudden awareness of being watched. Anyone else relate?
Re: I always feel like somebody’s watching me.
There are other creature who live among us. Most of the time they are harmless, but we humans are stupid we get scared just because we find them strange. Let them live in peace ![]()
Re: I always feel like somebody's watching me.
If the ghost is doing no harm let it stay .. it will help you in many ways !..
I have a paying guest in my office too.... :)
Make sure the place where he is the most is PAK .
Re: I always feel like somebody's watching me.

Re: I always feel like somebody's watching me.
what can I say? I feel so vulnerable...sigh
naukar ki tay nakhra ki!
Re: I always feel like somebody’s watching me.
Minny, you are being watched by secret agents not ghosts ![]()
Re: I always feel like somebody’s watching me.
that smiley is soo funny!!!
Re: I always feel like somebody's watching me.
Salma, I used to get that very strongly. I have learnt to ignore it, the only logic I can suggest is that if it was menevolant then surely somthing would have already happened. So reasonably speaking, if the worst it does is rumage through your clothes and harmlessly watch you - then I bet the baichara is just lonely. And confused :p
Re: I always feel like somebody’s watching me.
i totally agree with CODE RED… there are other things that live around us… but we cannot see them…it some times happenes to me too…one of my friend is very spiritual and in her house she has many spirits and she has seen them… they are not bad one… … just pray to ALLAH before going to sleep… and all the other times when u feel that there is a presence around u… and i would also like to tell u that kids don not lie… don’t ignore you child… and listen to wat she says… and kinda keep an eye on her… and always tell her to pray to ALLAH before going to bed… … ![]()

^SIXTH SENSE
Re: I always feel like somebody’s watching me.
I agree with CODE RED also…
I think, some people are hypersensitive, and have the power and ability to sense the other world in various ways. I think i can totaly relate to your situation. I have witnessed the strangest things around me. I alwayz get the feeling someone is watching me, all i do know is that whatever it is, its not think BAD for me and never harmed me.
A year after my fathers death, everyone in my family left to michigan for the weekend and i was home alone. I ate dinner and then I was resting on the bed, talking to my friend on telephone, all of a sudden i saw my dads picture hanging on the wall just drop on the floor! It freaked da sh*T out of me…I ran towards the living room to get out of the house, and i went into the kitchen to grab my car keys and i saw the stove was left ON the frying pan was about to catch on fire!
Through out my life, various incidents like dat occured around me, but I dont let them bother me anymore.
Strangest things that just happen nowdays is, I keep waking up in middle of the night and its precisely 4am. I have no alarm clocks that would wake me up at that time. I told my mom about it, shes like its your wehm or internal system clock. I even tried sleeping in brothers room, but same thing. Maybe someone wants me to pray tahajud namaaz or something. I dont know…I went to this mazar in lahore once, where people who are posessed come, and I still cannot forget the people i saw. Saw this one lady talking in man’s voice with her arms locked up in weird position. Saw another one banging her head againts the wall running back and forth to another wall..weird stuff it was!
Anywayz, saima dont let it bother u, just ignore it, unless they try to harm u..We moved into this new house and weird things use to happen, but they suddenly stopped.

A mild form of schizophrenia?
Re: I always feel like somebody's watching me.
^ A mild form of stupidity.
More than one person is experiencing the same thing.
Re: I always feel like somebody’s watching me.
I used to have the same thing couple of yrs ago. It was depressing but then I thought about it that yeah that SOMEONE is indeed Allah (s.w.t). HE knows which people can follow him and when do they need a lil push and thats how HE helps HIS people. But then it depends on the person itself either to get up and actually pray or think of it as some jinn crap and get back to sleep. If I were you I would have prayed tahajud, read Quran and prayed fajr. Trust me, in days you will get used to it and you will have inner soul comfort.
Saima best thing to do is to read ayatalqursi whenever you have that sort of feeling. Ayatalqursi is the best way to get rid of any kind of shaytaani’s ideas or feelins. I hope you recover soon ![]()

Some mentality you have there. I offer a rational, reasonable, logical, and scientific explanation and you deem me stupid.
A 4 year old saying a monster is in the house does not verify the posters claim, children create fantasy monsters for various reasons but that doesn't mean they really exist in reality. Not only that but if a mother has schizophrenia then their child has a much greater chance of having it as well.
If ones faiths says that there are life forms living among humans that cannot be seen or felt (under most circumstances) then such a person might very well mentally 'create' these 'feelings' or 'images' without even knowing it to affirm their faith, in essence they are ‘creating’ a 'proof' for themselves that their beliefs are the truth.
People create fantasy’s (sometimes knowingly others times not) for various reasons. A reason might be to create a sense of security, if you believe an angle is watching you it will give you peace of mind. This is very much a defense mechanism that some people employ.
Then again maybe these feeling occur when the air pressure changes one way or another. There are a number of explanations yet you choose to call me stupid for bringing up the possibility of schizophrenia but do not question the ghosts or Jinn explanations. To that I laugh and shake my head brother.
Re: I always feel like somebody's watching me.
Anil, my husband thinks that we are being watched by God and angels and who knows what else. We just don't know and I don't ponder over that thought. I don't feel there is anything bad or scary. I am very comfortable. But I can't deny my awareness of not being alone.
5Abi, thanks for the music. This thread was actually inspired by that song. I was a child of the 80's also.

100 years ago electricity was pretty scary and unknown, 'willow-the-whisps' all ghostly too. Now we know more, now we can explain. Doesn't mean electricity didn't exist back then or that marsh gas was only real when we understood it.
I thought it was harsh you question someones sanity based on the initial post, nothing that 'way out' surely. We can't explain every little thing, if we could life would be oh so boring with little left to discover.
Sorry you're not stupid.
Re: I always feel like somebody's watching me.
Fabi, how dare you hit me? angry I 'll send these secret agents after you, tera naa v naeen rehna, hahahah.
