you can't really compare..real leaders are products of moments and that applies universally..20 years ago Nawaz Sharif could barely string two sentences together in public..similarly Bhutto was a very insecure speaker and far from a rabble rouser till 1966. BB took years to perfect her speeches in urdu but that didn't stop her from attracting a million people in 1986 and 2007.
