You’re absolutely right. Maine pooray duniya ka thayka nahin lay rakha hai. Those who need to know and who are impacted, already know. And most others clue in with time. A false idol will be outed - it’s inevitable.
As for confronting the person, I’ve left it at holding up a mirror so that the person realizes their hypocrisy is known. Beyond that, well Allah toh dekh raha hai.
