What’s the deal with the game of “Gotcha” and all the hypocrisy hunters out there?
It’s a game that says if you shake hands with someone at some point in time,
you are disqualified in perpetuity from giving them an a•• kicking no matter what they do.
Same if you give them weapons and cash. If you do, you are not justified in kicking their a•• even if they kill 3000 of your citizens.
Now I don’t think hypocrisy is anything to be admired, mind you. But we’re all guilty of it from time to time.
I just don’t think pointing out the hypocrisy of, let’s say…U.S. foreign policy should indemnify OBL and Taliban from a well-deserved whuppin’.
I think there are much better arguments against U.S. war in Iraq than discounting its letimacy on the basis of a handshake.

I dont think thats true. We were buddy buddies with Saddam and then turned our guns on him when he mis-behaved in 1990s and then again when he supposedly mis-behaved in 2002/3. Same with Panama Jack. We got him too when he bacame unbearable.
Same applies with Pakistan we were Talibans best friends and then U.S came and asked please dont be friends with supposedly bad bearded boys, and Pakistan (the only true american ally in the war on terrorism) complied. So it does happen.
BTW I personally think that we should not have gone into Iraq or Afghanistan. It is simple, 15 out 18 terrorists were from Saudi Arabia. Well in my eyes it is justified to bomb the living sh&t out of SA period.
Edit: Just wanted to add. If 15 out of 18 terrorists would have been from Israel or the Vatican, I would bomb the living sh*t out of those places as well. Don't mess with Texas.
