Ok so maybe she is lying, but it could be that at one point in her life she made a mistake and has repented for it, and wants to be able to get married and not have her reputation maligned by her husband in case he's one of those really strict "my wife must be a virgin otherwise she's out" kinda guys. Maybe she's just not comfortable telling her true reason for needing such a procedure. I guess we shouldnt let our imaginiation run too wild and just answer her question about the doctor. Rest is between her and her God.
Guys can easily scoff at such a thing because they can do all the sh*t they want in the wrold and not have to worry about such things, but for girls, especially in pk, its not that easy. I was skeptical about this whole thread at first too, but whatever its not our business and if we can help her, we should.

I agree sabriya.
although i must say that something of this magnitude can come back to haunt someone..i.e. if it is found out than teh fact that such extreme measures were taken to reconstruct would create bigger doubts than if it is just said that something happened. a hymen rupture can be caused by many things.
I get concerned when such things are so critical because they can bring the house down later.
AA83- no idea about lahore but islamad and karachi i may know some docs. let me know if you want that info

i mean there are people who are virgins and they may have had it torn or stretched or whatever due to sports/physical acivity, just by nature.....
if you stress over it so bad, that's no good for you. Just take it in stride. A surgery..and the recovery period, there's no guarantee to fix it, and who knows if there will be complications in recovery...then waht??
