hye cricket

Why do we have to wait till summer to play cricket? My whole body is stiff. I didn’t feel it when I was batting. Don’t know what to do apart from waiting for 3-4 days before it goes away.

Any suggestion?

keep running during other seasons in the year.

LOL khan je make sure u warm up first and stretch for like 10 to 15 second but after u finish playing MAKE SURE u warm down with stretches but insure u do it for 30 second per stretch :). wasay stretching is important for muscle development this goes for ppl who do weights down to cricket to any activity really :p

if u stay active all year around that keeps the pain away. i remmber when i did weights the first time my god i was in so much pain for 4 days and i couldnt even write at skool

how can i do the running during winter when i am afraid to go out even to my car due to snow.

i did stretch before started playing.

what can i do now?
