Hydroquinone Info...

re: Hydroquinone Info...

Dude chill....look at the way you worded it. There is a difference between evening out your skin tone and brightening up your skin for a fresher look vs trying to completely change your skin color by 2 shades..the latter is veering into Michael Jackson territory.

re: Hydroquinone Info...

i want to do lactic acid peels. is that available in market in pakistan and is this season ok for using it now or should do it in winter.

re: Hydroquinone Info...

One of the best way to get the effect of lactic acid peels on a regular basis is to use "kaccha doodh" everyday in the night when you go to sleep. Just apply about 2 spoons of kaccha doodh on your face, neck, exposed part of hands and even feet. Sit for 10 mins till it dries off and then just wash it with water and pat dry. Often, you wont have to even apply any other moisturiser after that.

Also, since milk is completely natural and biodegradable, there are no side effects to the human body. Using topical corticosteroids - Fluocinolone/Hydroquinone/Tretinoin are definitely not meant for long term or frequent use.

And yes, usage of an SPF 60 is always advisable irrespective of the weather.

re: Hydroquinone Info...

where can i get a spf 60 in pak. i think ive seen a compmay called vince, or whatever spf 50.....?

re: Hydroquinone Info...

thank you for this useful info :)

re: Hydroquinone Info...

And one more thing - dont get into the urge of scrubbing your skin after the kaccha doodh dries off. That peels off too much skin and then exposing the fresh skin to sun/air might dry it badly. Just a simple wash after the milk is dried off is enough. I dont know about the brands in Pak, I use "Neutrogena Baby Sunblock Lotion SPF 60" and it works great!

Re: Hydroquinone Info...

I.wouldn't use h cream, my cousin is a doctor in the UK and he said it is one of the worst things you can use and is banned in the UK unless on prescription.

I now know why people.say Asians have issues with skin colour, in the UK in Birmingham a big Pakistani community only there I have ever found bleaching products on sale. In London wear I live only black shops sell that, tbh I find it disgusting, sure you want even skin tone use palmers cocoa butter I personally.tan if I want even skin tone, much better for the skin.
