Maybe if you ask nicely, she might start a YT channel just to school you in Hyderabadi cuisine. You can add Hyderabadi pakwaan to your rishta resume

i was only asking because I can’t follow written recipes at all.
not sure if punjabi wife would like my Hyderabadi pakwaan skills

^ Her recipes are pretty easy to follow. Give it a try (start with something simple like bhunna/talla ghosht) and report back here with pictures. We'll critique it! And any wife whose husband can cook and offers to cook, would appreciate the efforts, regardless of cuisine.

ooo - i had no idea! i don't normally log on much but lately i'm starting to feel the need! i will definitely check out her recipes :)
