Assalam O Alaikum

Hope all of guppans would have splendid time at eid.
I was just wondering if there is a special Hyderabadi version of Haleem and Hareesa. My friend from HDB India made it on eid day and was very delicious.
@Khatti may be you can advise that what ingredients do you people use in both Haleem and Hareesa.
However the thread is open to any of the variety all lovely ladies/experts make in thier homes, dawats etc.

Now im seriously amazed or should I assume that GS ladies dont know how to cook haleem???!!!:naraz:
