Sorry to disappoint, but the one thing I do not make myself is dum/kachay goshth ki biryani…so much easier to leave it to the masters/experts/elders in the family. I just show up and eat :blush:

Speaking of Hyderabadi food does anyone have recipes for “Bhagaray baingan” and “Dum ka murg”?? I had dum ka murg at Paradise Biryani and it was soooo delish!!! :hayaa:

bhagaray baigan recipe is in my recipe thread “khatti’s kitchen korner”… And what so you mean by “dum ka gosht”? I know dum ka keema or tala huwa gosht but don’t know of a particularly Hyderabadi dum ka gosht…describe please

It was called dum ka murg. Was creamy and khatta and made of chicken. It was amazing :hayaa:
