I’ve seen quite a few men who don’t say ANYTHING to their wives but secretly complain about their wives to a close buddy. Instead of letting the wife down in front of someone else, why can’t they confront their wife and come up with a compromise let’s say something is bothering them?
Are they scared of their wife’s temper?
They don’t have guts. What could be the reason?
some men have this habit of becoming 'bhiigii billi' infront of their wives and 'mazloom' infront of others...... and i will call them besharaam and beghairat...not darpoook...
yeah if hubster did that to me i'd have trouble believing that he loves me at all. i mean how can a dude put his fear of confrontation at a higher priority than his wife's reputation?
As long my biwi can’t throw her chittar in a straight trajectory and doesn’t know how to cook (hence can’t blackmail me) I’ll puff my chest out like a brave brave man. :k:
on day of judgement farista said to all the men … jo apnee BV sai dartey theey wo right hand walee line main aa jaeen aur jo nahee dartey theey wo left hand walee. All but one man moved to right hand line. Farishta was happy that at least 1 man was not afraid of his wife.
He went to the man as said “bravo … you were not afraid of your wife?”
Guy was like “darna warna tu pata nahee begum nai kaha tha ager right hand walee line main gaeey na qayamat k din, tu tangeen toor doon gi”
Ok now I have to be serious. My wife already yelled at me in above post about me derailing her thread. And now she wants me to express my views about darpok husbands.
I am sure there are darpok hubbys out there but many just do it to avoid negative situations at home. Even to me, avoiding an argument that can create tension is far more better than trying to win one and dertroy the peace at home. Does it mean that I should take it to the extreme of not covering the blind spots of my wife and not helping her to over come her weaknesses but pointing them out to her (off course mine is an angel, I am referring to the normal human type wives of other people). I dont think so.
