well…did the husband leave because the wife had relationships?

or did he leave cuz the wife lied to him and now he can’t trust her?

either way, you don’t just get up and leave the wife in any situation. you talk it out…see the reasons behind her trying to hide it in the first place. any husband who just leaves without** trying to understand** why or how the situation arose is foolish and immature.

Most likely both.
I’m pretty sure he asked her about her past relationship(s) b/c he didn’t wanted to marry a girl who had b/f(S). trying to understand? trying to understand what??
