The tech support should have asked for children 3.0 program which can make Romance 9.5 and personal Attention 6.5 run erratically and crash unexpectedly. Even formatting is not possible to remove Children 3.0 program and it has a tendency to upgrade in every 9 months unless further security measures are taken!!!
