Thanks everyone for the replies 
I spoke to my hubby again and he told me the same stuff as Lois.. and even though I didn’t have the exact symptoms, I was really freaked out after reading comments here and went to the doctor. Alhumdulillah, it’s not gallstones.. I have been told to be careful and space out my meal and bed times. I did that last night and no pain 
Hopefully it will stop soon.
