when i was about to go off to college to amreeka in 1998, i had done a lot of shopping but i hadnt bought a wrist watch. i was really sad/sentimental those days coz i was leaving my family.
the last day, before my flight, my dad went to saddar and got me this really beautiful wrist watch. [everyone who ever saw it said its so beautiful too].
but when he got it for me. i dont know what i was thinking. i just said something dumb and broke my dad’s heart. he never even said anything.
several months ago, i was using a makeshift table for my computer. so my dad went and got me a computer table. and when he got it for me i was like i dont want it i cant believe i did that. my dad was so hurt i could see it on his face. he jus said its ok…dukan wala toh wapas nai le ga, bahar rakh dein ge koi le jaye ga
i was crying afterwards k HOW could i have been so rude. i cudnt even sleep properly that nite.
but i always do this.
when i was really young, i had given a ball to my nani to keep. (i used to love my nani the most in the world…she is not alive anymore…) she accidentally misplaced the ball. and i threw such a tantrum.
when my nani was in the hospital and i was staying with her she had lost her appetite so she couldnt eat and i got annoyed that why isnt she drinking her juice so i started being cranky.
two three more incidents which i wont write here…i took out my ghussa on those i really care abt…
why do i do this im generally not prone to getting angry but i do get angry sometimes and then i end up hurting those i care abt i really hate myself for doing this…but us waQt i dont know kya hota hae muj ko…like shetaan mere oopar saVar ho jata hae ya muj pe koi junoon savar ho jata hay…and i end up committing such sins
uh oh.. it happens a lot to most ppl.. even i have experienced it too a lot in my life.. khair the fact that u feel bad for it shows that u are not insensitive about it.. u do realize ur mistake.. that part is fine but u shud take it further and try not to repeat such mistakes again.. i know its difficult but u cud give it a try... u dont need to suppress urself but before u say something just think what u wud feel if someone said that to u..
waesay dont feel too bad abt it.. jawan khoon hai garam khoon hai yeh sab hota hai.. just make sure u dont blow ur top for small things.. waesay think how ur dad reacted maturely to ur behavior.. try to learn that from him and react in the same way in the future if u dont like something...
yeah....i do it all the time too irem baji...
balkeh i hurt the ppl i love more than the ppl i dont love....
its so weird....
but i guess everyone does that...
apnon keh saath naraz ho jao ghussa ho jao to aik sukoon sa hota hai dil mein keh they wont or the cant leave us or anything.....gheyron ke saath hum thora khayal kerte hein cause they dont HAVE to bardaasht us....apnay do :-)

Here is a solution…
Whenever you are in bad mood find someone younger and beat him/her (phenti laga do), if you cant find anyone else, take your younger brother. beat him. sara ghussa nikaal do us per.
after all beating you will feel halqa phulka and you wont say anything bad to anyone
