What cut of beef would you suggest I purchase to make really yummy hunter beef?

Also, can it be cooked in a crock pot?

TWIST : Pour Vinegar 3 cups on the meat. With the above spieces add Ginger paste 2 tbsp + 2 tbsp All Spice Powder + 1 Tsp Garam Masala .. do the rubbing and poking part as stated above for atleast 7 days.

what's the difference between all spice pwd. and garam masala ?

I have made hunter beef using a goat leg many a times ( yes goat leg for hunter beef) using Shaan Masala and following all the direction on the packet. It turned out to be good. I also made Hanifia chutney using recipe at cookingwithbj.
