hunger

Re: hunger

yes half a roti is considered pretty small meal... but even if you eat half a roti 6 times ...thats just 3 rotis...and if u workout....ull be losing weight for sure... ( 3 rotis are like 1500 calories..and its nothing if ure a little tall like 5'7-5'8... consuming 1500 calories is nothing and if you're working out too...ull definitely lose weight.

Re: hunger

1500 JUST for rotis!.. what about salans, i know those ain’t just 500 calories :aq:

As far as eating once a day goes, it is just a bad idea. The usual misconception people have is that if you stop eating, you will lose weight. While that maybe true but it has flaws, and it will not always work.

When you eat just once a day or do not eat enough, then overtime your metabolism will dull down, which is not good. You want an active metabolism. So what you can do is like some suggested, divide your meal(s) into portions and spread them out through the day. That way your metabolism and digestion are always at work and thus active.

Avoid late night dinners because that food will just sit there and not have enough time to digest before you go to sleep.

Eat on prescribed times, and just curve the usual suspects like oils, starch, etc. Balance is the key.

Re: hunger

i can function all day long without eating anything..its just tht if i am not home i dont feel hungry..dont even feel the need to eat..twice a week i have school and work..so i dont get time to come home..and so i dont eat nothing all day long..just come home..eat dinner.and then thts it
but if i am home phir tu its a different story..i am always munching on something

Re: hunger

It's best to eat little bits throughout the day. So munch on something healthy and small when you have hunger pangs, but don't eat a full meal.
