Me too , I eat 5 times a day . I would rather eat the person I am mad at , instead of going on hunger strike. :halo:

my thing is i jut can't eat whn i'm upset at someone or something or when i'm really stressed .... so whnever i'm not eating everyone at my place kinda knows that somethings up
I never thought it that way. You are so right , when I am stressed I lose my appetite. 
So in some cases people are not on hunger strike , they have psychosomatic disorder.

oh i always do it with my parents..that and the silent treatment..works everytime.
