Re: Hundreds of British Islamists Fighting in Syria
Syria is attracting revolutionary guard and hezbollah fighters to support the shia minority govt. Why don't you mention that or cat got your tongue?
The side fighting the government consists of takfiri extremists, capable of slaughtering and enslaving people due to their beliefs. They already showed their intentions towards the rawza of Prophet's grand-daughter Zainab by demolishing the grave-site of a Prophet's Companion, digging up his grave, and removing his body.
So this is not surprising that Hezbollah got involved in it.
In fact I think every Muslim should be against what those takfiri lunatics want to do.

Re: Hundreds of British Islamists Fighting in Syria
The Muslim community in the UK is** mainly Sunni** and many of them love the idea of fighting in a jihad against what many of them see as infidels. Many Muslims here are often of a Pakistani heritage and are more susceptible to an idea of an Islamic state than many Pakistan born Muslims.
You have LOTS of data on Muslims in UK ... any more "facts" we should learn from you?
Re: Hundreds of British Islamists Fighting in Syria
access into and out of syria is much easier for these lackey-type jihadists so its quite concerning whether they will bring back a more radicalised version of themselves. i think they are more interested with the issues in syria than bringing a war into the west. not sure how that will pan out in the future, but why the revoking of citizenship op?
Re: Hundreds of British Islamists Fighting in Syria
Did anyone watch the interview on Newsnight with a Brit who's fighting there ? Probably not.
The guy they interviewed said that Britain needn't worry because he had no intention of coming back. Just throw around the word 'terrorist', ignoring that they themselves say that they have gone over to fight in a war... where has terrorism come into it?
Perhaps the Pakistani/Yemeni/etc media should begin calling the West terrorists... because if drones aren't an act of terror then what is?
