humsayeon k huqooq - rights of neighbors - the Pakistani version

only in Pakistan:

can your neighbors [who’re not even your next door neighbors] whom you’ve actually never met before, they prolly jus moved to your mohalla

  • put up a tent in front of your house for their daughter’s shadi without even informing you, coz there was nobody at home during the day and when u come home in the evening viola the tent’s already up…

  • carry on the function way past midnight with loud music blaring

  • have their guests park their car in your parking area and you have to park your car outside the parking area

  • their guests kids come in small groups and khaTkhata your door for amusement, do some khee khee khee and run off… while you’re asleep …

and you cant do anything coz “parosion ka maamla hae”

i swear ONLY in PAKISTAN :d:D:D

:smack2: :d:D:D

You can choose your friends, but you can't choose your neighbors or family. So, anyway.. try calling the police. For future reference, have some raub and dabdaba in the mohalla so neighbors are always scared of you. Befriend some police walay and invite them over every now and then for chai and make sure you stand in front of your home and talk to them once a week. If that doesn't sound appetizing do some havaii fire to scare the mohallaywalay away.

And if all this seems over the top, then get some cotton (ruee), make small balls, stuck them in your ears and go to sleep.

make some stink bombs and throw them in the tamboo

Shouldnt it be like that in a TRUE DEMOCRACY?

Well since you are in Pakistan, why didnt you just turn up at the shadi (uninvited of course) had some free food :yummy: had a :nuch: and then you could have spent the rest of the evening gossiping about the brides makeup not being white enough and her having only 10 gold sets.

Or if you prefer pulled out your bandook and started randomly firing in their general direction. :kaboom:

If i were to follow my tradition, then yes i would let them happily.
It is very common among us Pashtuns, we share and we care for each other.

Yeah, unless that 'other' party happens to be your cousin. Then you would do anything to get him murdered so you can get a bigger chunk of the meeraas.

I made the above comment because you were gloating in your "pashtun' better-than-you syndrome. It's good to present both sides of the picture. You are not perfect either.
