Actually I am not really sure if it was a good idea to deviate from the novel. And have them all living under one roof. All of the old servants are gone and they have one servant who can’t even make fancy dishes . That’s a bot strange for such a rich family that they can’t have decent hired help.

what happens in the novel ? I’d check the spoiler thread but I don’t want ALL of it given away. Just that in the novel, they live seperate?
