ummm, i think it would be the ability to make me laugh or smile when i'm down.
It's important because it shows that the person isn't up tight about everything. But i think someone who jokes about EVERYTHING isn't good because he wouldn't be able to take you seriously when u just need to vent and not be cheered up.
Not sure if i answered your question there though......
