I’m gathering some primary and secondary research data on Human Capital Metrics for a project paper.
What I want to know is how many companies in the “Computer Products Industry” keep track of human metrics such as Revenue & Income Factors, Compensation Revenue Factors, Compensation Expense Factors, Development Rates etc.
If any of you are working for a H/W, S/W company and can hook me up with someone who can provide me this info, it would be verrrrry helpful and the sooner the better. U can PM me if you don’t wanna post the info on the public BB.
Basically I am looking for these measures:
Training & Development Costs (as a proxy for Human Capital Investment)
Turnover Rate (as a proxy for HC Depletion)
and your company’s Annual Revenues and Opearting Expenses (these may be easy to find from Annual Reports though).
Any help is greatly appreciated.
