Wow She is an Intelligent girl.The second person after Ali zafar who represented Pakistan v well and v confidently.She spoke v v sensibly We do need such representatives of Pakistan.

Im ok with what she wore on the show.
Reason : she always wore that sort of cloths on paki tv aswell and im actually glad she didnt wear a skirt like Iman ali who mostly wore nice shalwar kameezes on paki tv (not talkin about the ramp!)

I think Humaima's beauty lies in her soft girly features and pleasant smile. I wish she'd go natural more, as she really shines when she goes that route. I am not digging the heavy makeup and the curly hair that she's been sporting recently. Btw is it me or was taran totally drooling over her :p don't blame him.

i think she spoke fairly well, but what's with the pakistan and muslim bashing? I mean yes women in all developing countries have countless problems, be it pakistan, india, nigeria or whatever.
I didn't dig why she kept emphasising how things are so bad in pakistan.
At one point, Taran said that the story resonated with the ppl in india as such things are common there too and she added that yes I've heard it happens in muslim families. Again why the emphasis on Muslims.

i think salees urdu means "asan" (easy) urdu....and i think its usage is irrelevant here.

oh wait I think there is something called saqeel urdu as well! I guess u r right! I was mixing up "salees" with "saqeel" urdu :(

Wow! I am so surprised that she didn't make a fool out of herself like Meera, Veena.
Thank God now we can say that we have fools like them but we also have people like Ali Zafar and now her.
She did talk a lot about the situation in Pakistan which is quite true to some extend. But people living in moderate families or lets say upper middle class and some lot of the middle class families can't connect with what she said. Don't want to become preachy or write a page log reply to clarify or tell tales about why I said what I said but i do think that she did speak the truth but yes she should have clarified that there are different lots in Pakistan..and this is how a much larger lot is but the overall situation is not the same so that some people take is at all women are like that or all households face the same problems/situations.
