^ Exactly. The story is about struggle against human trafficking and not about the lives of tawaifs and their problems like Akhri Barish. BTW, I'm even interested in 'Bazar e Husn' track of Sanjhaa because I've a gut feeling that Resham's role as Mumtaz will be one of her most memorable performances. I think its her first performance in a negative role.

I like its OST also written by talented poet and director Ayub Khawar (famous for his serials Fishaar, Din, Inkaar, Qasmi Kahani, Kahani Ghar) , but they haven’t released complete OST yet.

Sohai Aabroo (Sanjhaa) looking so innocent in this song. Perfect for the role.

saw the epi (i guess first) where rehan and salma are sending the girl to shehr for 'ghar ke kaam kaaj'.......wasnot impressed....looked okiesh.

but just recently saw the promo of resham and she looks promising. so will watch this drama.

There is also a track of Noman Ejaz and Ayesha Alam, which seems interesting. Ayesha Alam acting after such a long time

God, I AM SO EXCITED ABOUT THIS DRAMA SERIAL! I loved the dancing aspect of it, let's see how it turns out.

Thanks Rukhsarbibi, I also have a feeling that Suhai must be from theater and due to this Attiya Dawood link, I found it correct.

Here I found another article which mentions that she is the daughter of Attiya Dawood.

Nice episode today and story is moving at good pace. Good to see that the drama is not for promoting prostitutes and their culture, but discussing the circumstances that lead poor women for opting this. Suhai is doing wonderful job for her first serial.

thanks Muq for the youtube link. I knew she was a dancer by profession but hadn't seen her performances. I believe the shayeri is by her mother in that video - very impressive!
