I heard it on geo the other day and it has been stuck in my head since then.
I found a few lines via google but I’m pretty sure that is not all…
hum ke thehray ajnabi
itni madaraton ke baad
phir banain ge aashna
kitni mulakaton ke baad
kab nazar main ayay gi be-daagh sabzay ki bahaar
khoon ke dhabbay dhulain ge
itni barsaton ke baad
