brilliant observation by you. agree that love for your country and love for your religion are not mutually exclusive by any means. and in essence that is soul of a true secular country where someone’s love for his religion as such should be a personal issue and not a governing factor as to how to serve his country.

and also agree with you that klassara made a brilliant point that we were never a secular country and we as a nation always took pride in our religious ideological background and now if india is getting away from its secular roots as well and moving closer to its Hinduism roots, we shd be happy abt it…coz that means we won! secularism failed and religious theorem won…but instead of celebrating, we are reminding india its secular roots…

Yes. Inadvertently, we show that secularism must be something good that whenever a minority is ill-treated in India, we utter
phrases such as “hindustan ki secularism ka pole khul gaya”, “secular India kay munh par tamacha hai”, “secularism ka raag alapnay walay mulk mein aqleitoon kay sath zulm ho raha hai” etc.
