Theres been no sign of u hunny…my sis whose a fitness fanatic and so is her better half swears by the hoola- she does about 200 hoops in about 3 mins- shes made it part of her fitness regime and her lower torso is looking very trim and fit alhamdolilah!!! Not bad for someone whose a mother of two and over 40!!! Go for it!!! Last time I hoola hooped I was In Year 8!!!
popppiesssssss yeh its been long ive been away in pak for 6 weeks… ive just got back this week… i really wana start hula hooping coz its fun aswell! thanks for letting me know about ur sister its making me wana start sooner! lol!!

Thats great that you're trying to get in shape. Just an FYI though, you can not spot burn fat, as in you can't just target an area of your body and work it out to burn fat. Just because you use your hips with a hula hoop doesn't mean it is going to take fat off of your midsection only. A much better option would try to do a more intense cardio workout like running, or even jump rope if you don't want to leave the house.
yup i intend to use a skipping rope and hula hoop and running that shud be enough for me i dnt need much work! and FYI umdjazz i sed tone.. not spot burn fat... so thank u
