A new amendment is made (on one party's demand) and other parties oppose the bill due to that.

No, it's more a clash of jahils vs the rest. And once again the army is too afraid to challenge the mullahs, but it has no problem challenging an 80 yr old balochi sardar. How much proof does one need to the total incompetence of the army to make things better?

^^A group of selected drivers need to guide the parliment on how to make traffic regulations (acceptable to all drivers). Similarly doctors can be hired to decide health related policies, teachers for education-related,......(there are too many)

This country is so frustrating, 7 years after Musharraf took over, even a simple change to the Hudood law, which in its current form is obviously unjust, cannot be made, what hope is their for the future?

Fazal says that govt should postpone the final decision on this legislation until a consensus is reached just as they postponed the decision about KBD. He has a point.
