There are kind of transgender, naturally or artificially , you can search and find lot of cases where boy become girl or girl become boy and they are mother or father, after change in body hormones, I think here we are discussing the natural change in sex gender not artificial. Even now an artificial transgender may get baby.
NO chance! Without fallopian tubes and other female reproductive organs its impossible! Even IVF would not be successful!

Gender is defined in three ways (I forgot the exact terms): genetic, physical (genitalia) and ones own perception. There are cases where a person is genetically one gender but physically another (due to hormonal levels as a fetus - eg lack/presence of testosterone). I remember in one of my psychology courses we read about a family some place in Africa and their sons always looked female until puberty and realized they were actually male.

LOL, imagine this is the night of your shaadi guys, and your new wife lovingly begins to undress, feel nervous not knowing what to do (I assume most men on here are virgins), and then suddenly she pulls down her sleek underdress and her schlong pops into view, but you being born in a pind with a lack of sex ed think its all normal and proceed to allow the he/she monstrosity to sodomize you.

What would you do if you were married for a few years and happy etc etc, and then you found out your partner is not the...gender...you thought they were.
i.e. They had an operation before they met you, and Parvez turned into Parveen?
